TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

From the moment of acceptance of the reservation, in the case of cancellation of the reservation by the client, the following cancellation penalties will be applied:

– from the moment of the reservation until 60 days before the stay 30% (total, inclusive of any deposit paied);
– from 60 until 30 days before the stay 50% (total, inclusive of any deposit paied);
– from 30 until 10 days before the stay 70% (total, inclusive of any deposit paied);
– from 10 until 0 days before the stay 100% (total, inclusive of any deposit paied).
In the case of NO SHOW (no comunication of cancellation and no presentation of the client for the stay) a percentage of 100% will be debited.
