Description
The Mulino is a beautiful farmhouse,surrounded
by the suggestive greenery of the Montalbano hills,it has been completely
restored trying to keep the typical Tuscan characteristics such as the stones
and bricks walls,beams and wooden travicelli with “Cotto fiorentino” mizzens,without
abandoning the comfort to which we are used today.
The Mulino is on two floors and is ideal
for 2-3 couples with or without children,or large families,it can accommodate up
to 11 people.
On
the ground
floor,in addition to the cellars,there are
the living room and the kitchen.

The living room has a fireplace,a table,chairs
and a comfortable sofa-bed and the TV.

The kitchen is large and functional,with
a large table in the center, a stove and stone sink,an oven,a stove,a wood
stove, a fridge, a dishwasher,a sideboard with dishes for 12 people,glasses,cutlery
and cooking pots.
On
the first floor,going
upstairs through a comfortable stone stairs from the living room, there are
three rooms:

The Macine is a doubleroom and the
possibility to add a bed, with TV,a comfortable and functional bathroom with
shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The Gora is a room with double bed and
possibility to add a bed, with TV and a comfortable and functional bathroom
with shower, sink,toilet and bidet.

The Ricorta is a room that has an
external independent access, too. Therefore it can also be rented separately
from the rest of the Mulino. Inside there are a double bed and an added bed,TV,
refrigerator,the bathroom is comfortable and functional, equipped with a
whirlpool tub, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside the room has a reserved relax space, with
a table, chairs, beach umbrella, sunbathing beds; besides, its guests can use,
in common with the other guests of the Mulino, the garden, the canopy/veranda,
barbecue, playground area, parking and laundry.

the Mulino has:

garden,with football ground and slide.

floor,wooden beams,equipped with tables and chairs,perfect for lunches and

meat and fish,Florentine steacks all seasones and accompanied by our
production of oil and wine.

Cellar with wine tasting space and
sales of our wine Chianti and olive oil extra vergine.

Laundry with sink,washing machine and
clotheshorse.

farmhouse.
