THE FLATS were obtained from a completely renovated farm house with the personal contribution of each family member, in particular that of owner Massimo, who planned and directed the works.

Massimo, assisted by his son Alessandro, took care of the furnishings, researched the materials and made the aesthetic choices, while attempting to preserve the typical Tuscan features (the ceiling with beams and rafters, and the Florentine terra cotta tiles) without renouncing the comforts we are used to today. His mother Pierina and his father Tullio prepared and tended to the outside areas.

The Tourist Farm is made up of 4 flats, some are furnished with traditional Tuscan furniture and elements, others have a modern style; which are called after the colours:

• orange

• blue

• yellow

• green

It is surrounded by a garden, where there is a swimming pool, a large panoramic terrace, and a private car park.

All of THE FLATS are ground floor and are the same size, have the same requirements and same price ( can accommodate up to 4 people ) have an independent entrance, autonomous heating and air conditioning, internet wireless, tv-sat and Dvd; inside there is:

• a comfortable daytime area with a kitchenette (a cooker, a sink, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a dining table and 2 seater sofa bed with sheets and blankets

• a bright double bedroom furnished with typical Tuscan furniture and elements or a modern style, equipped with sheets and blankets with the possibility of adding a cot

• a comfortable, practical bathroom with a shower box, sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer and towels for all guests.

All of the flats have clothes horse, the ironing board and the iron, hairdryer.

The tourist farm is equipped with the washing machine and washhouse.

THE SWIMMING POOL (10x6 m.– from 30.04 to 02.10) was built in a sunny and open area; there is also a large solarium, a shower, deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and tables, set on a splendid terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

Each flat also has a private garden with a cured lawn and is equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol, for outdoor lunches and dinners and its own parking space in the private of the tourist farm.
